We offer returns on sale products that have been purchased online only, under the following conditions:

As long as we have been notified by email that you will be returning the item to us within 5 days of purchase; and on condition that all labels and security tags are still intact; also, on condition that when the product has been returned to us and inspected by us that we can see that the product has not been worn or damaged. 

Once the returned product/s has been inspected, we will email you to confirm that your returned product has passed inspection, and your refund will be processed. The receipt of your refund will depend on your bank or other method of payment proc

Your order will be tracked and sent via signed-for delivery by Royal Mail. Pink Martini Boutiques Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by a postal strike or other postal delays. Customers will be notified of tracking details as soon as their item has been posted.

Our store vouchers are valid for One Year from the date of purchase as stated on the Voucher.

Under no circumstances can our vouchers be exchanged for cash. No change or cash refunds will be given against the balance, but any balance remaining on the voucher may be applied to future purchases, if the voucher has not expired.
